Check-in time is anytime after 4:00pm.
Check out is no later than 10:30am.
We do our best to accommodate late check-outs, so please get in touch with us in advance if you need it. If you have not arranged for late check out and the cleaners have to wait on your departure, you will be charged by the minute.
PARKING:
🚗 Your one assigned parking spot is #S117.
If the spot is not vacant please park in any uncovered parking space.
OCCUPANCY:
Our condo is fit to accommodate up to 4 guests. Please do not exceed 5 guests.

Our complex only allows service animals and they must be registered before check in.
⚠️ No Parties or Events ⚠️
No parties/events allowed. Please respect our neighbors at all times; reduce noise.
⚠️ No Smoking, Vaping or Drugs ⚠️
We hold a very strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke in this condo you will be charged for damages.
